A potential client makes contact with you and after some discussion and sending over your information (most likely via e-mail), you secure an appointment and go to see your client.
Now you're rushing around trying to quickly put together a presentable brochure of what you offer
and it's not quite looking the way you envisioned...there's just something short that you cannot put
your finger on. So what you gonna do? There's no ghost busters but you do need the brochure completed! While this is going on, you're stressing and it is going to show in your sales pitch. You will be nervous and come across in exactly that way. You miss the sale and begin to wonder why you are not getting enough opportunities to take on your fantastic offerings. After all, you're the best! You know it but how can you convince that client to take that leap forward?

It's time to impress

Be organised, be sharp. You need to be perfectly co-ordinated and need to have the ability to back up on paper, what you have sold over the phone and via e-mail. Your company brochure design will take 2-3 days to complete and greatly depends on the feedback we receive from you and how fast we receive it.

We will ask you for a brief on what you require in a short questionnaire. This helps us reduce diluted time when we know what you require and greatly aids in streamlining the process. At this stage, you are very welcome to forward images of what you would like your company brochure to look like if you have seen something that already interests you. Then we require a 50% deposit to secure one of our designers for creating your company brochure, with the balance due on completion of the project, prior to delivery of the final files. Once we have received this from you, we will do industry research (to avoid the stereotype company brochure), learn about your business and then start designing your concepts.

Once you choose your concept, you will have 3 revision rounds(requests) available to make the necessary changes to your company brochure design. To identify the revisions rounds, 1 e-mail with requests in it will be counted as 1 revision and the second e-mail with requests in it will be counted as revision 2 and so forth. Once the revision limit is reached, we will advise/quote you on additional changes. This process helps protect you as our client and us as your design team against prolonging projects.

Once the company brochure design is finalised (signed off) and final payment is received, we will release the files to a medium of your choice(Uploaded to a share platform such as DropBox or WeTransfer or e-mailed to you if you prefer). Your final company brochure files will include:

  • JPG file for web and e-mail usage
  • PDF file for print usage
  • AI, ID or PSD files - These are the company brochure construction files
